Pandit Bhagirath, son of the great Pandit Shitaldas ji Maharaj, comes from a very prominent religious family. Born and bred in the holy city of Ajmer-Pushkar Rajasthan, India, Pandit Bhagirath, has been conducting religious ceremonies all over the world for more than 37 years. He stared his religious journey from his childhood. His penchant towards Hindu faith strengthened as he heard his father's religious discourse on lectures on the Hindu scriptures. He started to analyze and interpret the verses of the scriptures in Shital Gita Mandir, Ajmer, India. Raised as a strong believer and follower of Swami Teoram Ji Maharaj-Prem Prakash Mandal, he followed their footsteps of humanity and applied their teachings to his daily life. Through his childhood years, he also discovered his passion for music as he started learning harmonium, tabla, and singing. As he grew older, his interest in religion expanded. A transition from being a follower of his father to becoming a head priest at one of the few Hindu temples in Dubai in 1977, gave him more opportunities to explore the spiritual world while delivering the word of God to the masses. Ever since then, he understood that he has been chosen by God to spread His divine word to Hindus outside of India. Ever since then his religious journey has led him to travel around the globe and serve several communities of India, England, Spain, Aruba, Jamaica, Kawai, Curacao, Atlanta, Portland, Boston,  St.Marten, St. Kitts, and US Virgin Islands for wedding and other Hindu/Sindhi ceremonies.

Pandit Bhagirath is well renowned Sindhi priest now settled in Los Angeles- California. He has been performing and providing religious ceremonies and functions to the west coast since 1998. He has earned a lot of fame in this short period, and is now admired by everyone. This is Pandit ji’s full time profession and he is available seven days a week to travel globally as serving the society is his motto and preaching the teachings of Hinduism is his goal.
